The Villa Serpolette, completely renovated in 2008, was entirely renovated in 2008 and extends on 4 entirely independent levels.
Besides the reception area, the Villa Serpolette offers several sleeping solutions, as it can allow up to 15 persons to sleep, in completely independent areas which can be used as independent flats.
According to your needs, the number of beds could also be increased thanks to our various partnerships with the close apartments or hotels
A pleasant garden surrounded by a splendid glycine can accommodate your different activities. Should they be professional or personal, you will be in a sure place surrounded by one of the most beautiful greenery of the area : cypresses, bougainvilleas, orange tree, olive-trees and even a beautiful yuka will be with you throughout your stay. Sun baths and cane parasol, mosaic tables and chairs from Morocco, a decoration made-to-measure for the garden of the Villa Serpolette
The Vélasquez,street, very coveted in high season for its parking places, sees its places rarefied with the arrival of the congressmen or the tourists. In these days, you will appreciate the 4 parking places proposed to you with the Villa Vélasquez, a comfort which will make the difference.

A splendid Moroccan living room will allow you to spend a good time in the veranda to benefit from the sun and the greenery that you can see through the windows. Blinds made-to-measure can also keep you away of the French Riviera sun. The reception area, which used to be made of an independent hall, main living room, small living room and dining room, is today a vast room which can allow you to accommodate your private evenings, as well as your professional receptions. This reception area opens to the veranda and its Moroccan living room, through which you will have a direct access to the garden. The floor tile, Cannes’s typical “tomette”, helps the Villa Serpolette keep the charm it has always had, within a contemporary renovation. The furniture, mainly minimalist wrought iron, was made-to-measure the Villa Serpolette. A large contemporary kitchen entirely equipped will enable you to prepare your family or professional receptions. Its large space can allow a caterer or a Chef to prepare its meals. This kitchen has all the comfort needed in a villa of the standard of the Villa SerpoletteAt nightfall, a subdued lighting with the colors of the living room will delight all your evenings.
The spot-lights are ordered by zones and make it possible to obtain 4 different atmospheres.
All this reception area can be entirely independent of the rest of the Villa, or can also be widened thanks to the complementary space of the street level.

This main bedroom, which used to be the bedroom of the Russian Princess, first host of the Villa Serpolette, was renovated keeping all its original charm, especially its mouldings. A very contemporary bathroom, as well as a LCD large screen television, were added in order to give independence to this room. Its French Riviera style balcony presents a pleasant view on the various gardens, and on the famous palace : the Martinez hotel.
