This will take you to the Members Area where you will be able to take advantage of the features just mentioned.
Members Only

If you are interested in watching a particular auction you can click on the "Home" tab located at the top left corner of the above screen. From there you can select the auction you are interested in following.
Watch Items
to top
From the above screen simply click on "Watch This Item". You'll go back to the same page shown above. From that point forward you will receive emails and various messages regarding the watched property, including when someone bids, if the property has had any new information added to the description or a change in the end date and time. Make sure to add reabidnow.com to your safe senders list to avoid these updates getting screened out as spam.
You will also be able to click on the "Watched Items" link on the left side of the Member's Screen. You'll get the screen below showing the list of items you have selected to watch. If you no longer wish to watch a listing you can select "Delete" on the right hand side of the screen.
Multiple Bids

You'll also note from the above example that you can keep track of the bid you place in the event you are following more than one property.
Bidding isn't too hard to do once you are registered. There are a few simple tricks you'll need to learn to make your bidding experience successful. First, contact the listing party noted under the property description of the auction in which you are interested. Request a bidder's packet which has many pieces of important information about the property including inspection reports. Get all your questions addressed BEFORE YOU BID. You'll see a screen similar to the one below:
Bid on an Item
to top
In the above example you'll see the bid entry section where it says “USD”. You'll enter the amount you wish to bid into the box next to it. Do not enter commas. You may enter a period to denote amounts in cents, though there is no requirement to use cents. See the following example:
Add an Amount
to top
In the screen above the amount entered is for $1,000.00 without cents and without a comma. This example is CORRECT. Add your bids in a similar manner. When you are ready, click on the "Place Bid" button. The following screen will come up:
Confirm Your Bid
to top
As shown above, starting from the top, the entry shows that the bid amount must be higher than the minimum bid. Lower you will note the Minimum Bid is $40,200. I'll either have to increase my bid to that amount or pass. I decide to place my bid for the minimum bid above. Note at the bottom of the above example you will see that the bid is a binding contract. Make sure you have asked all the questions you need to ask before you place your bid. Now, in this example I will click on the Place Bid button. The following will display:
Max Bid
to top
In the above example you'll note my bid was accepted, but as the top indicates my bid was not high enough to push beyond the previous bidder's proxy. I can continue to bid higher than the minimum or just put in my maximum price I'm willing to pay. If it goes over the maximum the current winner is willing to pay then I am the new leading bidder. If I remain the leading bidder through to the end then I have just won the property subject to the terms of the auction. Talk to the listing party to clarify any questions on terms and whether or not the high bid is subject to seller confirmation or not.
